We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Packaging
All Gloss FX sets are shipped in secure packaging. We do not include printed invoices, so your order is gift-ready straight out of the box.
